EasySep™ Mouse CD25 Regulatory T Cell Positive Selection Kit（ST-18782）は、マウスの脾臓細胞もしくはその他組織のシングルセル懸濁液から、高純度のCD25陽性細胞を免疫磁気ポジティブセレクションで単離するキットです。
本品は、CD25+ 制御性T細胞（Treg）のCD25表面マーカーを標的としてPE標識抗体を結合させます。抗体と磁性粒子で標識したTregを、EasySep™ magnetでカラムを使用せず単離します。不要なCD25陰性細胞はシンプルに溶液を流し出して除去し、磁性ラベルされたTregがチューブ内に留まります。

Starting with mouse splenocytes, the CD25 regulatory T cell content (CD4+CD25+FOXP3+) of the isolated fraction typically ranges from 80 - 93%. In the example above, the final purities of the start and isolated fractions are 2.1% and 87.5%, respectively.
