EasySep™ Anti-Rat IgG2a Positive Selection Kit（ST-18990）は、お手持ちのラットIgG2aモノクローナル抗体を使用して、カスタマイズしたEasySep™ selection cocktailを作成するキットです。この細胞分離用カクテルをEasySep™ Dextran RapidSpheres™およびEasySep™ Magnet（あるいはRoboSep™）と併用することで、ラットIgG2aモノクローナル抗体により認識される細胞表面抗原を有した細胞をポジティブセレクションすることができます。

Flow cytometry analysis of mouse bone marrow cells processed with EasySep™ Anti-Rat IgG2a Positive Selection Kit using a rat IgG2a anti-mouse Ly-6G antibody as the primary antibody for cell marker selection, and labeled with Anti-Mouse Ly-6G Antibody, Clone 1A8, PE (Catalog #60031PE). Histograms show labeling of bone marrow cells (Start) and isolated cells (Isolated). Labeling of start cells with Rat IgG2a, kappa Isotype Control Antibody, Clone RTK2758, PE (Catalog #60076PE) is shown in the bottom panel (solid line histogram).
