EasySep™ Human CD4+CD127lowCD49d- Regulatory T Cell Enrichment Kit（ST-19232）は、ヒトの新鮮な末梢血単核細胞（PBMC）からCD4+CD127lowCD49d-細胞をネガティブセレクションで単離するキットです。
不要な非CD4、CD127high、CD49d+細胞には、抗体複合体とデキストランコートされた磁性粒子が除去のために結合します。標識された細胞は、EasySep™ magnetでカラムを使用せずに分離します。目的のCD4+CD127lowCD49d-細胞は、新しいチューブ内に注ぎ入れて回収します。

Starting with fresh PBMCs, the CD3+CD4+CD127lowCD49d-CD25+FOXP3+ cell content of the enriched fraction typically ranges from 57.4 - 87.4%. Donor to donor variability is unavoidable and may affect the purity of the enriched fraction. In the example above, the purities of the start and enriched fractions are 1.84% and 84.1%, respectively.
