EasySep™ Human Pan-B Cell Enrichment Kit（ST-19554）は、正常な新鮮もしくは凍結保存PBMCからB細胞およびプラズマ細胞をネガティブセレクションで単離するためにデザインされています。
不要な細胞は、CD2、CD3、CD14、CD16、CD36、CD42b、CD56、CD66b、CD123、glycophorin A およびデキストランコートされた磁性粒子を認識するTetrameric Antibody Complexes （TAC）が除去のために結合します。標識された細胞は、カラムフリーのEasySep™ magnetにより分離されます。目的の細胞は、新しいチューブ内に注ぎ入れることで回収します。
