EasySep™ Mouse Memory CD4+ T Cell Isolation Kit (ST-19767) は、マウスの脾臓細胞またはその他組織由来のシングルセル懸濁液から、全メモリー CD4陽性T細胞をネガティブセレクションで単離するキットです。
不要な非メモリー CD4陽性T細胞 (CD8, CD11b, CD11c, CD19, CD24, CD45R, CD45RB, CD49b, CD105, TCRγ/δ) は、ビオチン化抗体とストレプトアビジンコートされた磁性粒子 (RapidSpheres™) で標識します。標識された細胞を、EasySep™ magnetでカラムを使わずに分離します。メモリー CD4陽性T細胞は、新しいチューブに流し入れて回収します。

Starting with mouse splenocytes, the memory CD4+ T cell (CD4+CD62L high CD44 high/int central memory and CD4+CD62L-CD44 high/int effector memory) content of the isolated fraction typically ranges from 78 - 96%. In the example above, the final purities of the start and isolated fractions are 5.3% and 90.2%, respectively.
