- Dynabeads Protein Gビーズと抗体のクロスリンクで推奨されているBS3を用いたプロトコールはどのようにしたらよいですか？また、別のクロスリンカー（DSSとEDCなど）を用いる事は可能ですか？

架橋剤DSSとEDCの利用については、下記のコメントをご参考ください。
EDCは使用できないようですが、DSSは検討したことはないものの使用可能なケースがあるかもしれないとのことです。

In house we have tested BS3, DMP, EDC and DMS. We have not tested DSS. The only crosslinker we tested that gave complete crosslinking was BS3. One of the other crosslinkers gave good results especially EDC which did not work at all. DSS is the organic solvent equivalent of BS3, and may therefore work providing organic solvents are used. We do not have any protocol for this.
