EasySep™ Rat B Cell Isolation Kit（ST-19644）は、ラットの脾臓細胞やリンパ節のシングルセル懸濁液、または全血から、B細胞をネガティブセレクションで単離する製品です。
本品は、不要な細胞を抗体複合体と磁性粒子で除去のために標識し、EasySep™ magnetによりカラムを使用せずに分離します。不要な細胞はチューブ内に留まり、手つかずのB細胞は溶液を新しいチューブに注ぎ入れるかピペットで吸引して回収します。

Starting with a single-cell suspension of rat splenocytes, the B cell content (CD45RA+CD3-) of the isolated fraction is typically 94.1 ± 3.8% (mean ± SD using the purple EasySep™ Magnet). In the example above, the purities of the start and final isolated fractions are 44.5% and 95.6%, respectively.
