EasySep™ Rat IgM Depletion Kit（ST-18644）は、ラットの脾臓細胞かリンパ節のシングルセル懸濁液、または全血からIgM陽性細胞をポジティブセレクションで除去する製品です。
本品は、不要なIgM+細胞を抗体複合体と磁性粒子で除去のために標識し、EasySep™ magnetによりカラムを使用せずに分離します。手つかずのIgM+以外の細胞は、溶液を流し出すかピペットで吸引して新しいチューブ内に回収します。

Starting with a single-cell suspension of splenocytes from a Sprague Dawley rat, the IgM content of the final isolated fraction is typically 8.0 ± 4.1%. In the above example, the purities of the start and final depleted fractions are 55.7% and 8.7%, respectively (1.6 log depletion).
