EasySep™ Mouse Mesenchymal Stem/Progenitor Cell Enrichment Kit (ST-19771) は、マウス緻密骨から間葉系幹細胞および前駆細胞をネガティブセレクションで単離するキットです。
不要な細胞は、非間葉系幹細胞/前駆細胞 (CD45、TER119) に対するビオチン化抗体とデキストランコートされた磁性粒子で標識します。標識された細胞を、EasySep™ magnetでカラムを使用せずに分離します。間葉系幹細胞/前駆細胞は、溶液を新しいチューブに注ぎ入れて回収します。

Starting with compact bone, the CD45-TER119- cell content of the enriched cells typically ranges from 50 - 99%. CFU-F enrichment: 50 - 200 fold.
